From a very young age Kendra was taught the meaning of  SISU.

" SISU begins where perseverance ends "

Her passion for the therapy world began at a young age through intrigue about the mind/body connection. Kendra's life has been about learning just that, how far the mind and body can take itself. She pushed through cognitive and visual  challenges from an early age and experienced multiple injuries over the course of her life that forced her to have extensive Physical, Occupational, Speech therapies and cognitive retraining. She has personal understanding of acute and chronic pain and the devastation of trauma to one's emotional health and well being.  Through her journey and experiences she dedicates her life to helping others through their healing journey and continues to seek out new methods of therapeutic interventions. In regards to taking control of one's health, she encourages 'THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX'.  The MIND/BODY/SPIRIT approach to health and wellness has been the key to her own success and she is excited to bring her personal and professional knowledge to those ready to heal themselves.
